Aware of the current situation with the Corona virus, we are responding to the challenges that we all face on a daily basis, with the responsibility of our role in the supply chain for the quality and safety expected by our partners in the retail and food industries.

Together with our partners, we are committed to developing comprehensive solutions and effective hygiene quality management programs, designing individual programs for identifying hygiene vulnerabilities, staff hygiene, access control and hygiene monitoring.

In this way, we are achieving greater food and worker safety, more environmentally responsible processes that protect the environment, and lower water and energy consumption.

Given the current situation with the Corona virus, we have further aligned our washing and disinfection protocols with the guidelines of the European Centers for Disease Control, we are using appropriate and effective products and parameters for washing and disinfection that ensure inactivation of the Corona virus.

Our protocols include prewash, water filtration and a digitally controlled washing process, with a temperature range of 60°C to 80°C, with sodium hypochlorite-based agents and an additional peroxyacetic acid disinfection step after washing, to ensure that the food vessels are completely free of all microorganisms and pathogens.

This level of complexity gives eLog the required integrity of recognized and trusted partners in the supply chain.
